LA Transport

Home to School Transport is provided by the Local Authority in many cases.  To receive this assistance, families need to complete the relevant form - see below. Decisions made regarding the allocation of School Transport relate to the distance travelled and the nature of your child's SEND.

Bus routes, Drivers and Escorts may change over the year, but every effort is made to give you and your child a consistent service.

Pick-up details for your child are usually shared with you in August.

If your child is in year 12 (post-16) or above, you have to re-apply for transport every year (in May/June time) until they leave Redwood.
