Lunchtime Organiser
Permanent
10 Hours per week – Term Time Only
(Mon – Fri 11.30am to 1.30pm)
Grade 2, SCP 3-4, Actual Salary £4,816 - £4,903
We would like to hear from you if you are someone who has the capacity to develop their skills quickly and who can demonstrate a high level of commitment to our very special young people. Redwood aims to provide the highest quality of teaching and learning to our youngsters and requires all our staff to work together as a part of a coherent team.
We are seeking to appoint three Lunchtime Organisers who are enthusiastic and self-motivated. The successful candidates should have the ability to communicate at all levels and be able to work as part of a team.
Duties to include:
• caring for children at lunchtime in the dining hall during meal service
• caring for the children outdoors on the playground or in classrooms on wet days
• to organise and oversee play activities outdoors or in the classroom
• be able to meet the physical demands of the role
• maintaining a high standard of safety and hygiene for children at lunchtime
• be adaptable to the changing needs of the role

To be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young children and young people with Special Educational Needs.
