Medical
At Redwood, the health, safety and wellbeing of our learners is a priority. We work closely with families and healthcare professionals to ensure learners’ medical needs are understood and supported. Individual Healthcare Plans are in place where required and staff are trained to manage a range of medical conditions safely and sensitively.
Medication is administered in line with policy, and pupils are supported to develop independence and self‑care skills where appropriate. Through clear procedures, strong communication and a caring approach, we ensure that learners with medical needs feel safe, included and able to participate fully in school life.
